• Shipping fees are added at checkout and depend on the delivery location.

4. Payment

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

• The full amount, including shipping, must be paid to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.

• No advance or online payments are required at this time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We work with multiple Algerian delivery companies to cover most regions.

• Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days but may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

• The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details; any delay due to incorrect information is not MSquare’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only if the product meets our return policy conditions, such as:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received
  • Size mismatch (if reported immediately)
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within a specified period.
• The shipping cost for the return is borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side.
