Return Policy

At MSQUARE, your satisfaction matters. We accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.


When Can I Return a Product?

You can request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong size or model.

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

  • You simply changed your mind after receiving the product (see refund policy below).


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation message).


Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the product for personal reasons (change of mind), you may return it and receive a refund of 80% of the product value.
The remaining 20% covers handling, processing, and restocking fees.

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost in this case.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or defective item), MSquare covers the return shipping.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer covers the return shipping.


Refund or Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via cash or postal transfer.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.


Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, worn, or damaged products.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Any return requested more than 3 days after delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  4. MSquare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
