When will my order arrive?
We try our best to deliver your product within 1–2 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider. We have delivery agents based in major cities across the country.
Do you deliver outside the country?
While we do not deliver internationally by default, you can contact us and we’ll try to work something out. If you provide product weight and destination details, we might arrange delivery via international freight forwarders.
What if I receive a defective product?
If the product has a manufacturing defect, and it meets our return policy, you can return it. In such cases, we refund the shipping cost, but product value is handled as per the return policy. Please check the return policy for full conditions.
Can I get a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes! For large quantity orders, we offer discounts ranging from 5–15% on selected products. Just call us or use the contact page to speak with our team — we’ll be happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most cities. Online payment options may be added in the future — stay tuned!
Can I try the shoes before buying?
Currently, we do not offer try-before-you-buy, but we do provide detailed size charts and return options if your product meets the return conditions.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size chart in the description. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us via social media, phone, or the contact page — we’ll help you pick the right fit.
What cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to most major cities across Algeria. Please contact us to see if we deliver to your area.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
